Rana Singh
CEO
Rana Singh is an accomplished entrepreneur and has been a top executive in high-technology services businesses. He founded/co-founded several companies and has domain expertise in Information Technology, Healthcare Business Systems, Business Process Outsourcing and International Trade. Prior to Opson, he was Vice President, Product Development Solutions at Innominds Software, Inc. where he was responsible for overall sales and marketing. Innominds achieved over 150% annualized growth in product engineering services during his tenure. He has been active in private equity (early stage investing) and promoting entrepreneurship in Chicago and Bay area as part of his involvement with Keiretsu Forum.
Rana has a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University, India and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Nived Vats
VP, India Operations
Nived has a background in IT outsourcing and operations. Prior to Opson, he was with UST India, managing the talent sourcing operations. Prior to that, he was with Cogent Marketing and was heading the corporate training division. He led the division to be the most profitable one within the company.
Nived has a BE in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University, India and holds a PGDCA.
Krishna Venkataraman
Director, Engineering
Krishna brings to Opson over 16 years of software development experience and an entrepreneurial spirit. He has extensive experience in the software industry, with a great understanding of both legacy and emerging technologies. He has keen interest in design, development and implementation of web-based solutions. Prior to Opson, he was a Professional Services Consultant at Zend Technologies Inc. There he implemented a Global Services Portal and Document Management System, for Zend’s internal use used by the Sales, Training and Global services teams. Prior to Zend, he was a Sr. Software Engineer (Web Applications) at SimplyHired Inc., a search engine for jobs. Krishna also founded eSearchNet.com LLC in San Jose CA, operating since early 2003. The company owns and operates multiple web properties including www.esearchnet.com, a multi channel content website.
Krishna earned his Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) from University of Madras, India.
Robin Bisarya
VP, Business Development and Finance
Robin is a very entrepreneurial professional who gets his fulfillment from helping the clients excel in their business. He loves to mentor and share his varied experience with Fortune 10 companies and various successful startups, and applies it to the issues facing the client. His experience helps clients receive above average returns, faster launches, lowered costs by leveraging the experience and contacts in India, China and Korea.
Robin is a serial entrepreneur and received his MBA from University of Texas, Austin, MSEE from UT Austin. Mr. Bisarya was the Controller of Eastern Operations for Ford Motor Company in Dearborn and e-Business manager for Ford. Since relocating to San Diego, he has been involved with Wingcast LLC., Ezeelink, IChannex, and Turan Petroleum Inc. He mentors the graduate students at Rady School of Business (UCSD), and entrepreneurs though the Keiretsu Forum in Costa Mesa. He is a partner in investment funds targeting technology and bio-technology industries.
